US funded Biological Weapons/Research in Ukraine

Self-anointed "fact-checkers” in the U.S. corporate press have spent two weeks mocking as disinformation and a false conspiracy theory the claim that Ukraine has biological weapons labs, either alone or with U.S. support.

But Rubio's clean-up act came too late. When asked whether Ukraine possesses “chemical or biological weapons,” Nuland did not deny this: at all. She instead — with palpable pen-twirling discomfort and in halting speech, a glaring contrast to her normally cocky style of speaking in obfuscatory State Department officialese — acknowledged: “uh, Ukraine has, uh, biological research facilities.” Any hope to depict such "facilities” as benign or banal was immediately destroyed by the warning she quickly added: “we are now in fact quite concerned that Russian troops, Russian forces, may be seeking to, uh, gain control of [those labs], so we are working with the Ukrainiahhhns [sic] on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach”

It also seems very odd, to put it mildly, that Nuland chose to acknowledge and describe the "facilities" in response to a clear, simple question from Sen. Rubio about whether Ukraine possesses chemical and biological weapons. If these labs are merely designed to find a cure for cancer or create safety measures against pathogens, why, in Nuland's mind, would it have anything to do with a biological and chemical weapons program in Ukraine?

These are the real weapons of mass destruction (WMD) unlike the false claims of Colin Powell at the UN to justify attack on Iraq.

  1. The fact is that Ukraine does have bio-labs developing vaccines. Bombing of such labs by commies like you can release material into the environment and have unintended consequences. The Wuhan wet market was possibly the source of the Covid virus. Bloke, stop spreading disinformation and get an education. You are an example of backward bloggers who cant discriminate between legitimate news and misinformation.

    How would you know?

"Why, in Nuland's mind, would it have anything to do with a biological and chemical weapons program in Ukraine?" Because Russian propaganda which you parrot claimed that Ukraine had a biological and chemical weapons program!! Sitting in a swamp and scraping the internet for bits and pieces of information doesn't give the full picture. Has it occurred to you that you may be totally uninformed and too incompetent to make meaningful conclusions?

  4. SBARRKUM is clearly a misinformation blogger with an axe to grind against the US. A newspaper investigation revealed "The Defense Ministry released a complex-looking flow chart with spaghetti lines depicting not only the involvement of Hunter Biden but financier George Soros in the alleged financing of “bioweapons labs.” But the reference to Hunter Biden was catnip to the right-leaning media. Reporters immediately dug into their copies of Biden’s laptop, supposedly left behind for repair in a Delaware shop in April 2019, and dredged up emails that they suggested validated the Russian report.

First of all, as we have previously documented, these are not bioweapons labs, but biological research facilities focused on better detecting, diagnosing and monitoring infectious-disease outbreaks. Second, random emails can be easily misinterpreted without additional reporting.

We’ve dug into the records and discussed the deals in question with people involved. The reporting from those news outlets is false. Hunter Biden has come under scrutiny for business deals in places such as Ukraine and China that took place while his father was vice president. But he was not “financing” these labs. In fact, he was not part of a decision to invest in a company at the center of the Russian allegations, he did not profit from it as he was kicked out of the investment firm over cocaine allegations, and the company made little money from its tiny bit of business in Ukraine." Obviously, SBARRKUM can't differentiate fact from fiction.
